Judy Sugg of Cross Creek Drive is the host of Crossed Canoes, block number 19, which was installed on her cabin by Mike Lucas on January 18, 2010. Judy loves the water and while living in Murphy enjoyed rafting on the Nantahala. Last summer she began kayaking on Lake James, and looks forward to another summer of outdoor life on the water.
Ten very devoted individuals who have a strong desire to assist you in hosting a quilt block formed the McDowell Quilt Trail in June of 2009.
